					<description>As the saying goes: "If voting gave you any power, it would be illegal."  Outlaw political parties and then we'd see a lot more people voting.  But when the choice boils down to "Jack Johnson" or his bitter rival "John Jackson" it's no wonder there is such voter apathy.</description>
